Discounts, Special Programs & Policies

Here, at Kindermusik of Cambridge/KW, we are fully dedicated to the ideal that music inspires the soul, empowers the child, and strengthens the family. Every child needs music. To this end, we offer the following discounts and special programs to make Kindermusik classes affordable for any budget.

Payment Plans Available
Our goal is to make Kindermusik work for you and your family. We offer payment plans to suit every budget -- from full payment up front to two installments to monthly installments for 2-semester registrations. Register online, by phone, or drop in. We accept cash, cheques, Visa, MasterCard. Scholarships are available for children with special needs and assistance can be arranged for those requiring financial support. Three for Free!
Make-up classes are now available at Kindermusik of Cambridge/KW! If your child has missed a class or you know they will be missing a future class, you may contact the office at 519-622-5702 or email: info@kindermusik.ca to schedule a make-up class. There is a maximum of 3 make-ups per semester per child. Make-ups may not be done in classes that are already full. No cash value.

Gift Certificates
Let your loved ones know that Kindermusik of Cambridge/KW offers gift certificates available in any denomination. Please have them call Rhonda in our office to order: 519-622-5702.

Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed!
If you aren't completely happy with your Kindermusik experience after attending the first three consecutive classes, we'll refund or credit all of your tuition except for the cost of the At-Home Materials, which are yours to keep and enjoy. Pro-rated tuition credits are also given in the case of withdrawal due to unforseen circumstances (at the discretion of the director).

Two Semester Registrations
Register for Fall & Spring Semesters at the same time to guarantee your child's space in both semesters and be eligible for monthly payments starting as low as $46 per month.

Referral Rewards
If you refer a family and they register for classes, our referral credit has been increased from $5 per referral to 5% of your total fees! For instance, if you are registering say, for the Young Child program and you refer a friend who registers for any Kindermusik program with Kindermusik of Cambridge/KW, you get $27 credited to your account (or if this is your last year, you’ll get a discount on your current fees)!

Family Discount!
Everyone who registers more than one child at a time will automatically receive a 10% discount on the lowest –priced registration! (Please note that both registrations must be submitted at the same time to qualify.) For those registering a child who’s older sibling has already gone through a curriculum and has materials from that previous enrolment, we will extend that 10% discount to you as well!

Special Needs Funding Available:
The Joshua Walker Scholarship for Children with Special Needs is a non-profit fund dedicated to the understanding that music is important in young children's lives. Each year, we raise funds for those with special needs to experience the benefits of Kindermusik. If your family is in need, you may be able to access the JWSF and have your child’s tuition fees covered. Please click here to learn more and contact our office for an application form.

Financial Assistance:
For families needing financial assistance, Kids Can Play is an organization which may provide help. For more information, contact the office or email kcpcambridge@yahoo.com.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation, there are no refunds for At-Home Materials that have been prepared for class or opened. Any refund on tuition will be effective the date of cancellation. After the 3rd class, tuition refunds will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee unless the client requests a credit on their account in lieu of a refund. There is a $20 charge for NSF cheques.

HST:
HST will be applied to registrations received after May 1st for classes occurring after July 1st. (As per government regulation.)

Currency:
All transactions are in Canadian dollars.

Privacy Policy:
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase fro our site, you provide your name, your child's name, date of birth and any special needs he or she may have, your email address, credit card information, address, phone number and a password. We use this information to process your registrations, to provide relevant information to your child's teacher so she can meet his or her needs, and to keep you updated on news, events, and special articles of interest about Kindermusik and relevant community events. We will not sell, rent or loan your personal information to any third parties.
